Curry Base

Add this prepared sauce to your curry! Batch cook it and freeze it in portions for a later date.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- White onion
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes
- Curry paste
- Oregano
- Red chilli flakes
- Can of chickpeas, mostly drained .. Aquafaba is thickening
- Cup of broth
- Tomato paste
- Cup of coconut cream/milk
This is the base .. I add lentils when I use it for a meal and wilt spinach in it .. you can add chicken/prawns, or cashew nuts etc.
