Cardiac Lauren classes are designed to help you reach your health and fitness goals.

By choosing to participate in the Cardiac Lauren online exercise and physical activity videos by Lauren Walker you recognise that there is always an element of risk involved in any physical activity and you accept that undertaking and engaging in the session without supervision is done so at your own risk. If you feel discomfort or pain at any time during a video, you should cease the exercise and seek medical assistance as required. Your participation in the classes is entirely voluntary and you may opt out at any time.

You accept that Lauren Walker is not liable for any injury or harm sustained directly from the exercise and physical activity session.

If you received a BACPR Phase 4 Transfer Form, please forward it to Lauren Walker before starting any videos. You must also complete a PARQ (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) before completing your first class or when your medication or health condition changes. This information will allow Lauren Walker to provide you with specific cardiac rehabilitation advice based on your answers.

If you have other pre-existing medical conditions or injuries that may affect your ability to participate in online exercise and physical activity sessions, you should seek medical advice and obtain confirmation of your suitability to take part before participating from your GP, Consultant, Phase 3/4 Rehabilitation teams or another specialist referrer.

Where sessions are live or only accessible by the participant at the discretion of Lauren Walker, it is the participant’s responsibility to make Lauren Walker aware of any condition or injuries before participating in the live online exercise and physical activity session.
