Burger Patties

Homemade burgers ready for the BBQ!

Ingredients

  • 750g lean mince
  • 10g dried mixed herbs
  • 5g onion powder
  • 5g garlic powder
  • Pinch of cracked black pepper

Method

Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.

Weigh out 4x 150g balls and you will be left with 1x 160g ball I split this into 2 smaller patties for a child’s burger.

Roll and shape by hand into patties.

Place on a tray ready to cook straight away or cover with cling film and freeze (once frozen, place in a freezer bag and use within 2 months).

Place on BBQ and turn untill cooked all the way through you can use a food probe to 75 degrees or a knife and cut a slit to see inside.
