Curry Base

Add this prepared sauce to your curry! Batch cook it and freeze it in portions for a later date.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • White onion
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes
  • Curry paste
  • Oregano
  • Red chilli flakes
  • Can of chickpeas, mostly drained .. Aquafaba is thickening
  • Cup of broth
  • Tomato paste
  • Cup of coconut cream/milk
    This is the base .. I add lentils when I use it for a meal and wilt spinach in it .. you can add chicken/prawns, or cashew nuts etc.
