Smoothie

Make the best smoothie and you can turn it in to a vodka or rum daiquiri.

Ingredients

  • 2 halves of a walnut
  • 110g mixed frozen berries (I use just blackberries, raspberries and blueberries)
  • A cup of water
  • Teaspoon of organic oats (optional)
  • 100g 0% fat Greek-style yoghurt (or yoghurt of your choice)
  • 1 banana

Method

Put everything in a blender and add the water a bit at a time to your desired consistency and texture.
