Sample Classes
Every class released in Cardiac Lauren is unique. Each has a theme, a different length and aims to target different fitness components. These range from cardiovascular fitness, strength, stamina, balance, mobility and flexibility.
What’s great is that you can do the shorter mini-classes (all under 30 minutes) all the way to classes that last an hour, or just participate in a Walkfit class to top up your daily step-count.
You can follow the weekly timetable to get a wide range of classes to work your whole body, or ‘Favourite’ classes, so you can repeat them whenever you choose.
